Eligible Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged during delivery
The wrong product is delivered
The product is expired
The product seal is broken at the time of delivery
If you are not satisfied with the product results, you may also submit a return claim (subject to conditions below)
Return Conditions
Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
Product must not be used more then half.
Product must be returned in original packaging along with the invoice
Result-based return claims are accepted only if the product is not more then half used .
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for eligible cases
Refund processing time: 30 –45 working days after approval
